Restorations

Restoring a 2CV can be a complex process. Initially the car must be assessed for rust, mechanical and trim condition to establish the required work and the viability.

The car is then completely stripped to a bare shell to allow all rot to be cut out and new sections welded in to make it completely sound once more. It then receives a high quality paint process before reassembly onto one of our best selling chassis.

Every single mechanical piece, engine, gearbox, steering and brakes are stripped, cleaned, checked and over-hauled before being built back up. Trim is replaced as needed and the seats rebuilt, new wheels and tyres are fitted.

Finally our range of accessories can be fitted to the customers specifications, from leather seats and cd players to alloy wheels and exterior trim, to finish off the process and make the car look as good as new (often better!).
